We required the ability to create custom calculated fields on a contact. Our sport uses the contact's age, gender and shooting style to determine the archer's Shooting Division Code. We require the ability to create a field to calculate a person's age, and then combine it as described above. The new combined code is critical to ensure archers shoot in the correct division at a tournament. * Age would be calculated from DOB and today's date (requires an auto or frequency refresh option) * Gender is a dropdown list. * Shooting Style is also a dropdown list. Must have the ability to specify the data type and length of the new field.

An On/Off button for selected memberships that can be turned off from renewing. This would mean members would not be able to renew once they have taken out a membership OR renewing the membership.

Would love to have a way to inject code into TidyHQ pages to enable the Facebook Messenger Plugin - or an app that would allow this to be added. https://en-gb.facebook.com/business/help/1524587524402327

Use the inputs from a form on a page to trigger some actions: e.g. if we have a 'Try Sport' page with some basic information and a 'sign up for updates' we'd love to have the action of the form complete a series of steps - e.g. "Sign Up for Updates" > Add Contact > Subscribe Email Newsletter > Add 'Newsletter' tag to Contact. "Try out rugby" > Add contact > Tag 'Player Prospect';'Newsletter' and > Email recruitment officer to call person and have a talk to.

Is there an option available, I have outstanding invoice's that we have chased up and know that the recipients are not going to pay, as they have left town, so they will be bad debt, other than delete the invoice, (which is not correct accounting practice)

I find myself re-making a community calendar every month for events and meetings upcoming for the organization. Can we have an iCAL link for our members/myself can update the calendar automatically?

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items.

When a person creates a contact profile or membership, can it only be entered once and edited only by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? Google Chrome changes are a regular occurence and a person shouldn't be changing their profile name. Can the Date of Birth be a locked field also, where it is only entered once and can only be edited by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? There have been issues with reporting

Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them.
