I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

When a customer registers a Date, we want an option to notify someone when that date lapses - or just before that date lapses. Real world case: Football club uploads a certificate and Working with Children Check (WWCC) against a contact profile which has an expiry date. There needs to be a way to notify someone (Admin Role or the Contact) that the expiry date in near.
