Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series
Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program)
Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them.
The first impression is everything for retention/engagement

Recurring Events - set up

Customer advises they play Wednesday night and Thursday from 6:30pm- 9:30 and 6-8:30pm respectively.1
Their times/locations/ etc don't change, but with entering it into tidy you can't have 'recurring' events aka time windows to enter.
They want to be able to name it, pick the day, time window, location and have it recur for them for that season (school term, so for example, from the 14th of July - 22nd of September and then, it is in the calendar, and the bulk of the editing is done. They can then rotate the co-ordinator of the night, they could just edit the 'assigned' person and get an alert letting them know they are on duty: however currently with the same schedule (home games) for the committee to use, it is arduous to enter the same details each time although on a different day.
They consider this no different to a bank payment plan where you can select a date, select recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly and select an end date. There is a huge time efficiency across 4 seasons of 10 weeks per year, with 2 days running events per week.

Even a copy event option would save time. A new event is create with 0 tickets issued but the descriptions are already entered
