Feature Requests

We required the ability to create custom calculated fields on a contact. Our sport uses the contact's age, gender and shooting style to determine the archer's Shooting Division Code. We require the ability to create a field to calculate a person's age, and then combine it as described above. The new combined code is critical to ensure archers shoot in the correct division at a tournament. * Age would be calculated from DOB and today's date (requires an auto or frequency refresh option) * Gender is a dropdown list. * Shooting Style is also a dropdown list. Must have the ability to specify the data type and length of the new field.

When a person creates a contact profile or membership, can it only be entered once and edited only by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? Google Chrome changes are a regular occurence and a person shouldn't be changing their profile name. Can the Date of Birth be a locked field also, where it is only entered once and can only be edited by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? There have been issues with reporting

Would love to be able to merge contact groups, making it easier for bulk email communication and year after year connection

I would like to create a smart group from several events... So an advanced filter that let me select all events that involved a specific word would be great... or all events that happened in the last 12 months.

With heaps of Contacts would be great to sort alphabetically, also would help with duplicates, selecting invitees to Meetings etc

When you again access the Contacts list it reverts back to 25. It would be great if you could lock the items per page to your own requirements ie. 500. Cheers, Mike Smith Manning Men's Shed

Currently you can only populate a new group from an existing one. It should be able to be populated from as many as you need.

When I'm creating an invoice I want to quickly add a Contact (as they're not already in my Contacts list). I want to 'Quick add' a contact with first name, last name, email, and mobile number (optional).

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

Can it be possible to download a users current status only, avoiding old expired or cancelled records?
