We are trying to find a way to have our sponsors who offer a discount be able to quickly identify our members as such. I am making a QR code for the retailers to scan to take the member to [ourURL]. tidyhq.com/member/memberships .... etc page to be able to view the member's current info. Just wondering if the member information on page could be turned into a bit of a digital membership card with some formatting around the details that make it look like a card? I don't neccessarily need the functionality of adding a digital card to a wallet or needing it to be scanable, but if it looked a bit more appealing, that would be amazingly helpful.

Members are clicking on green "New Membership" button when trying to renew as it's the most obvious button to click. To find the 'renew' button, you have to scroll down to the bottom. Ends up in them having multiple memberships and causes headaches for admins who have to manually adjust expiration dates; customers also get 'expiry reminder' emails for their first membership even though in their minds they've renewed. Also a problem if members go straight to their TidyHQ domain to renew and select memberships, then Register Now, they end up with dual memberships as well. Need a "already a member? Please log in first to renew your membership" as soon as they enter their email address.

Hi, I've heard from some new members that they aren't getting the welcome email that we have set up in the membership setting. Can you please advice us on what might be happening so we can fix it? Thanks

Publish a Membership Level that isn't listed with all of my other membership levels, and is available to anyone that has the specific membership level link.

We would like to use Membership numbers for our organisation. The numbers would automatically be added to new members.

Currently only the first adult that signs up for the family membership is able to login to TidyHQ. The other members are added as contacts so they can have emails sent to them etc, but they can't log in independently of the first adult to update any personal details, see webpages only visible to members etc.
