Testing the free ticketing for an event I've created, I see that when I'm logged into my account, I can enter my registration details and go straight to submit (bypassing any payment page as you would expect for a free event).

When I am not logged into my account, I am shown an additional payment page after entering my registration details that again asks for buyer info (email, first and last name).
