Create a task for a contact group

It would be good to be able to allocate a task to a contact group when it is a common tasks for everyone. eg: Everyone to provide comments or feedback on a report by a due date. The task functionality would send everyone a reminder prior to due date and you can track who has completed the task and who hasn't.

Or, if tasks remain with a primary assignee and followers, the ability for assignees and followers to add a note to report their progress on their responsibilities, without being given full admin access to tasks.
