A more collaborative email inbox
Isaak
I work with my entire committee or team in Tidy to manage emails.
So I need a better way to collaborate on an incoming email, share it with the team, comment on it and then manage the request to send a reply.

Our entire committee has access to the emails so we would like to all see the same inbox. If I reply to an email I don't want anyone else to reply (which they generally don't). It would be easier if everyone could see the email had been dealt with.

An option (action) to 'Send to Slack' would be a simple and effective way to offload collaboration around email handling/responses. We currently copy-and-paste emails from the inbox into the appropriate Slack channel for discussion. Ideally you could select the channel for each email (like Gmail slack plugin), but sending to the already- configured (feed) channel would be okay.

As far as I can see, each admin has their own view/state of the inbox, which makes sense for the Read/Unread state, but doesn't for the Junk/Archives folders/state. Moving to Archives would be a simple and intuitive way to manage whether an email has been handled, but only if it moves it for all users.

In particular, a way to mark an email as unread would help, so if one team member reads the email and realises they're not the best person to attend to it, they could mark it as unread for others to attend to it.
